Customer had a hard time following our terms and conditions Communication was poor Customer was not helpful in resolving problems by the end he paid as agreed and everything was clear.

Communication from the carrier was non existent. Charged additional $$ for a delay in offloading when they had been instructed to call in advance of intended delivery date and time. When they finally called about off loading I was 135 miles from the site. I had No problem understanding the terms and conditions, they could not follow simple instructions. I paid as agreed and even paid their bogus overcharge.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was apprised of the necessity to pick the load up on or before June 9, 2022. Service provider assured me the pickup would be done on the 6th, 7th or 8th with no problem, Shipper emailed on the 9th that deliver would be on the 10th. When the Ritchie Brothers site was contacted just prior to closing on the 9th, I was informed that nobody had picked up or scheduled the load for pickup. Numerous calls and emails with no response.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They have never gone to pick up the items to be shipped. After over a month of waiting and the auction house now charging storage fees we had to make other shipping arrangements.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services YRC is refusing to pick up from Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Chehalis Washington 98532. If they refuse to pick up from that location then why did they come up on the quote? YRC should be blocked from USHIP period.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was to deliver the load on either the 23rd or 24th of December as this was the only time we were available for offloading. As of December 26th the load has never been picked up for shipping and the service provider has not returned calls, voicemail or responded to text messaging. At this time it is imperative that we contract with another carrier to pickup and deliver the load in a timely fashion.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was informed that the carrier YRC refuses to work with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Chehalis WA. I was instructed by USHIP to follow this process to receive a FULL REFUND.

Cedar Freight did an excellent job. Very good in the communication line. I would definitely use them on anything I needed shipped in the future.
