Excellent company .Booked on a Sunday, was picked up on Tuesday in Calf, delivered on Sunday to Ohio.

Gary did a fantastic job from start to finish. Answered all e_-mails. Called me when he was an hour away .Picked up and delivered the car when he said he would. I am very pleased with this company. Thanks Gary.

After having to cancel the first shipper I had contracted with because they gave me the run around. and then had the balls to rebid after it was relisted. Jackie picked up the ball and ran all the way with it . What a wonderful person and business woman she is . It was a pleasue to deal with her in all respects. She kept in touch throught out the entire transaction.I would definitly use her services again with out even thinking twice. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JACKIE !!!!!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Montway Auto Transport was unable to complete contract.They stated they coulnd not find a transport to pick up the vecicle . The deadline for pick was clearly stated to be on or before Feb 12,2011. They never contated me I was the one that contacted them several times . They had a twelve day window to pick up the vecicle and I was told on the 7 th of Feb when I called them that a transport was not available.I got the same story on the 8th and 9th of Feb when I again called them .They should not

I can agree with one thing: We were not able to get a trucker in the estimated pick-up window - that is true!
Communication: Believe it or not, we were on the phone with this gentleman every day and the simple reason we didn't called him is because every day shortly after 8am he was calling us and that is totally fine, so there was PLENTY of COMMUNICATION, but sadly no available trucker on this particular route due to a huge delays in the Midwest because of the historical blizzard.
