A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper said they would be there at 600 am, at 620 foster finally was in touch and shipper said she had a 5 hour delay. Foster is at work till 4 pm and cannot accommodate the 5 hour time delay and leave work in the middle of the day. Shipper is unable to pick up at 4pm therefore this will not work with the current schedule and added delay that the shipper requested as pick up time. 600 am today.

Communication was slightly lacking but the dogs arrived safely at their destination.

The communication and tracking left a little to be desired. We were told we would get updates every few hours and we only received two(2 hours after pick up and about 10 hours into the transport. My best friend who received my dog on the other end sent me an update right away when he got there. The drivers seemed to be confused as to who each of us were(sender and receiver). We also specified that our dog HAD to receive his medication during the transport yet I am not certain her received them. Response from TeresaMaples: I'm not even sure where to begin with this. Of course Captain got his meds first of all. Second of all, you make it seem like there was only two people involved and there wasn't. I stayed in constant contact with your partner And you never even contacted me to you wanted to find out where I was. How would I have ever known there was another person involved.

Mark was very nice to talk to on the phone. He communicated with me and Teresa every few hours, gave us updates frequently and let us know overall how our Great Dane was doing. He did potty stops, fed Captain and sent us pictures along the way. We were also really glad that he was able to take Captain's crate, abd food bowl stands. We would defintely use Mark again if we needed to in the future. You will not be disappointed. If he could handle 155lbs of Great Dane, he can handle anything :)
