Pretty good communication, agreed and bid on delivery pickup days but that changed right after I agreed to use service. Shipment was delivered way past due date at 2am when for the 8 change in delivery time no later than 10 pm from a no later than 6pm. Driver spoke no English and demanded payment through a translator app on his phone. Pay extra for this thought their high rating less issues. I did explain this to Mario at freight center who was real nice and asked for 5 star and more business.
