A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Client has short window for shipment to be done. Our partner driver had issues with labor for the machine and equipment needed under the short notice. We will work with the shipper on better communication for rushed shipments

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Literally my worst uship experience by a very large margin. They agreed to pickup between 5 and 9 on wednesday and deliver on thursday. By 5 I had still not heard from the driver. I spent the next 4 hrs going back and forth with dispatch. By 9, it became very clear they wouldn’t make it on time. I reluctantly agreed to let it happen the next day. They promised to be there at 5 on the nose the next day and drive thru the night to deliver early the next morning. I started calling at noon trying to
