The driver was nice And communicated well. The description said vehicle was not operational and you needed a winch when he delivered the vehicle. He was instructed to put it onto the driveway since he did not have a tilt bed, he used my backyard to tow the vehicle off the trailer with his truck tearing up about 100 feet of grass and sod, leaving nothing but tire marks deep treads that I have pictures I would love to post so you could see not a bad guy just shouldn’t have taken this job

My shipping post required a pallet, jack and liftgate to move a gas range. The shipper arrived with a car trailer and none of the equipment necessary to move a 60 inch commercial gas range. I was not at pick up but upon delivery the range was pushed against a car. He was caring and bounced on the back of the trailer for over 21 hours causing damage to the unit. Parts were missing and the driver admitted leaving them in Vegas on accident because he took a call while loading. Uship was wrong!
