Quick and excellent communication, very pleasant to work with and respectful of our property. Piano arrived sooner than expected in 10/10 condition. We enjoyed working with them, would highly recommend.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider We were worried about the reliability of this shipper due to not responding to our messages, or taking days to respond. We were not confident our items would be picked up before the deadline and decided to go with another shipper with better communication.

Mike was prompt, courteous, and called me at every point of the shipment. I felt as though my delivery was being completed by the gentleman who transport the Stanley cup in white gloves. He was a delight to work with and even though I was traveling and did not get to meet him, he made me feel more than secure in my choice of shipment.
I will look to him for any future transports.
