I no longer need my item(s) shipped There was an error with the equipment provider. When the equipment provider went to pull the equipment to arrange for pickup and the equipment was not there. Since the equipment was not at the shipping location we will not be able to ship it. I will relist the same shipment but it will be from another location.

Fantastic in every way. Great Communication from start to end. He kept me totally in the loop We ended up with the delivered equipment sooner than originally planned and he kept us totally informed. I would gladly pay this transporter more money for his Best in Class performance than cheaper transporters. Im saving Chucks information for future transports. We will definitely use him again.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Immediately after booking this load I started getting calls and correspondence from the Broker who was saying that even though it was listed with UShip and UShip took a Deposit from me that they needed prior payment in full for the load.The lady said that they did not take UShip payments but she only wanted only the difference in what Id paid and the agreed upon price. That one statement made me realize something was wrong because if she didnt accept payment from UShip then why did she only want
