Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

This was my first move with Uship. My experience with John and his co-worker Justin was fantastic!! I can't say enough about what a great job WeHelp did for my move. I would not use anyone else. From the beginning of the bid acceptance, the communication I received from John was excellent! I was so impressed by the professionalism and care that WeHelp showed with the my move and with all of my personal items. I will definitely use them in the future. These guys are the best!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services When I initially accepted the bid, I was told the pickup would be in 2 weeks, or within. I contacted the provider 4 days after I accepted the bid to which they told me they would know more in a few days of when my shipment could be picked up. I never heard back from them. I e-mailed them 5 days after that call with no response, then called the following day with no response; and then called again 2 days later to which I spoke with Linda Jones who told me there was a problem with the truck and
