A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer has moved up the shipment from later in May tell April.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have a very detailed text log of how this was fumbled. I don't know if it's the current pandemic or this provider but it's been a very bad experience. I'm not leaving a one-star rating because I'd like to think it's not his fault, but after our conversations, I just don't know. I can't trust my shipment with a person who cannot keep their word. I have to relist it. It's already cost me too much money.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The cancellation is completely on my end, not P & I. Peter is very polite and professional. I have the opportunity to get my bike shipped earlier and need to take advantage of that fact. I hope that I can work with Peter and P & I in the future!
