The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider failed to show at the agreed date/time. After several calls and even an email, the provider finally called back but then acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. The customer service here is consistent with what I have seen in other reviews. I am considering reporting this provider to the Better Business Bureau.
