The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Hello, FIRST ITEM WAS NOT PICKED UP ON 12-1-2023 NO PICKUP. DRIVER CAME 12-4, STATED COULD NOT PICKUP DO TO THE SIZE, DRIVER JUST DID NOT WANT TO MOVE THE ONE PALLET AT THE BACK OF THE TRUCK TO TAKE MY ITEM. THIS IS POOR SERVICE AND WILL REBOOK WITH ANOTHER SHIPPER. TALKED WITH JESSICA AT USHIP SHE STATED TO REQUEST A REFUND. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND - THANK YOU

THE HOOD WAS SHIPPED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND IT ARRIVED DESTROYED TO MY BUYER. BUYER WAS TOLD WHEN IT ARRIVED BY THE YRC FREIGHT TRUCK DRIVER TO JUST GET THE ITEM OFF THEIR TRUCK AND THE DRIVER LEFT - THIS IS BS I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM - I BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS AND PHOTOS WHEN PICKED UP AT MY LOCATION IN MESQUITE LOADED ON TO THE TRUCK - WITH NO DAMAGE.
