I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Order was scheduled for pickup on 11/22/17 and was not picked up. Freight company was closed Thursday and Friday. Called Monday to follow-up, told pallet would be picked up. Truck never picked up shipment on Monday, 11/27/17.

Horrible ...The estimated delivery day was Fryday 11/17/2017 here we are 11/21/2017 nothing.We called and we wore told that they can't come from Orlando to Daytona only on the 24th, I needed the parts so I picked the parts up myself . Don't understand how they function. If you can't deliver on a day you estimating, at least have the courtesy to call and let your customer know that you will delay about 5 business days
