About Me

First-time user of UShip, related to one of the managers, moving with family to CA, probably with less furniture but more books and dishes than most. It may not work to do the whole shipment via UShip, as we need some of the packing done by mover, but we hope to at least send books (submitting more than one move type to cover all bases).

there is a slight problem there is a death in the family reschedule job I got incredibly busy I have to reschedule job for later that evening delivered late at night customers have a happy merchandise was tipped was satisfied with the customer everything went smooth

Despite some challenges coordinating pickup from relatives and delivery here (with the poor shipper in the middle), it finally happened! Everything arrived in good order, for a more-than-fair shipping price. Highly recommended.

James was wonderful. Kathleen too! He was great with communication before he ever showed up, arrived promptly, and worked so hard. He and Kathleen had to rearrange the whole truck and trailer because we ended up with so many more boxes than I'd thought and he was cheerful about it all throughout. We got good feedback from the office where it was all delivered, and where he worked really hard as well: "Such a polite young man."
