I have had my bike shipped before and none of them were as good and accommodating as Ted and his wife. I had to change my possible ship date due to an unexpected issue with my bike. When I called Ted and his wife they not only were understanding they offered to help me get my bike to the Harley shop if I was unable to drive it there. Most companies would never do that. I feel that is the personal service you will receive with them that let's you know your items are well taken care of. GREAT!!!!!
