Keep in mind that Uship and Tempus coordinate with trucking companies and this can take some time - many reviews I read expressed impatience. You need to understand the process. In my case, snow storms delayed the delivery date 3 days and the driver only gave me one of two key FOB's. But Tempus was excellent with communication and I could text one person from the beginning, and she always responded. The car arrived with no damage, the key FOB was found and sent to me. I would use them again
