I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper willl not return calls or commit to pickup of truck have left 3 calls over 4 days without a call back I wish to cancel shipment with this shipper

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider stated they would pickup truck before the 27th we allowed to 6.50 on the 27th and no call or no show up to pickup the truck. This shipment was only allowed if pickup before the end of day 26th. This carrier has a reputation for not picking up on time and not communicating with the shippers.
Thus because of no contact and no call and no pickup the shipment is being canceled.
