This shipper had done such a good job for me in the past, but really let me down. They dropped the furniture off at greyhound and my customer has no way to get it to their house. Now greyhound is going to auction the furniture off. This has been going on for over 30 days, with jonathan at first impression not accepting any responsibility. They were told in advance my customer was open for delivery mon - fri 9:30 - 5. I do not recommend and would never use again. This has been a disaster.
