They are a young couple just getting started in their own business. Their delivery was fine but they need to more realistic in their proposed shipping times and days. All said, I was happy with their service and would use them again

I just realized I had not left feedback for Vernon on this delivery. I have had a variety of good and bad shippers with Uship. Vernon is very good.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to no fault of Eastern Express, my vendor was not able to be available to meet them today to pick up my Bike.
They could not reschedule a pick up until late next week.
I was able to find an other shipper who could meet my vendor tonight.

We had some issues with the size of our item at the start of the process which we were able to get resolved.
Shipper got our item to our location as promised but was later than promised. We made it work. Response from Tampalocalmovers: do apologize for the tardiness we had a small issue that set us back that was out of our control (Flat Tire) would be glad to help in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Lack of communication from the shipper, I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on.
Kept pushing back the pick up time for my bike.
It was supposed to be delivered to me by Dec. 18 but they haven't even picked it up yet as of Sunday Dec. 20. My vendor was getting frustrated because he has to take time off to meet the shiper for pick up and they kept pushing it bak and ot telling us.
I got another shipper lined up who had bid on my bike originally. When I called the new guy h Response from kaffa: DEAR SHIPPER! WE ATTEMPT TO CALL YOU SEVERAL TIMES, AND FINALLY WHEN IT WENT THROU WE LET YOU KNOW THAT BEACUSE OF THE WEATHER CONDITONS YOUR BIKE WAS IN BACK UP ORDER, BUT IT SEEMS THAT YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND US. ONES AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. SINCERELY STAFF. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I got my bike delivered from North Carolina to Florida in 48 hrs. It arrived in great shape and the price was very competitive. Great company. Would use again

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper told me today, !/25 that their company is in severe financial condition and they be going out of business. They told me to look for another shipper.
