Following two failed attempts to ship my piano, this company popped up with the most cost effective WHITE GLOVE service! Dan and his team are excellent communicators - phone, email, and text. Don't be suckered into hiring some guy with a trailer - these folks are the BEST! Pickup was scheduled promptly, and delivery crew was incredibly friendly/knowledgable. Pass on other offers - THIS crew knows how to treat pianos AND their players. Thanks Dan and Team!!!

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Many apologies for the communication issues on my side. I reached out via email directly to the shipper twice with no response. (Monday April 2, and Wednesday April 4) Shipper phoned me during a doctor's appointment on Thursday 4/5, during which I was receiving immunizations that made me very ill for several days. Please reconsider cancelling this shipment. I have already paid UShip, and am committed to moving forward ASAP. Thanks!
