Robert was amazing in EVERY way. Picked up AND delivered within promised timeframe. Wrapped my item extremely well, and more importantly had AMAZING communication with me throughout the whole process. I would 1000% recommend him and will DEFINITELY use him again. Thank you sooo much Robert.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was supposed to pick up item and did not. I sent 2 text messages asking for an ETA for pick up and never got a response. I also emailed the service provider asking for an ETA pickup date and they never responded. I called and was told that they missed the messages and weren’t going to be able to do the job by the time they said that they, so I had to cancel.
