A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While dispatch from Atlanta Ga to Dallas TX, customer notified me that shipment
will not be available. Called and text a number if days before departure only to have shipment pickup canceled 4 hrs before arrival. Would like shipper to pay $50 for lost time and gas. Will approve cancelation
if that occur.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment driver came in a regular truck to pick up a sofa, console and 6 chairs- not enough space
