I have waited 10 days and still no one to pick up my shipment. TCI is pretty much said they give up.

I did not say we gave up. We have been working and communicating twice a day every day. Sometimes it takes a little longer than we expected, specially if the customer changes the pick up day multiple times!

They were great. Fox is a broker. They were always in contact even before they won the bid. After I accepted the bid they got my car picked up in less than 24 hours and delivered the next day. The driver was great as well. Very professional, kept me informed and very nice when he dropped off. Highly recommend

Very professional. I was very comfortable booking with this company. Always received a prompt response to my emails no matter what time of day. When the boat was in route I had several calls telling me the progress. Arrived very quickly cross country. They were not the lowest price. I was willing to pay extra since they communicated well and gave me everything I needed to check them out with the DOT, D&B and insurance. Highly recommend Dawn to dusk
