If there were 10 stars that wouldnt be enough for Jose. His timeliness, communication and overall customer service is beyond compare. He picked up and dropped off within minutes of what he committed to, provided a real-time route tracker and sent progress updates via text every 4 hours or so. I could not be more pleased and I would HIGHLY recommend Jose to anyone who is looking to have something transported safely and on time. He’s simply the best!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 1) Carrier agreed to pick the boat up at 1-2pm on 9/23.
2) Carrier updated at 1pm to say he could not pick up until late evening or early AM. We agreed to 10:30 AM at our expense of an additional $300 hotel charge.
3) Reached out to shipper early AM to confirm we were still on for 10:30. Shipper responded that as per his GPS, he wouldn't be there until closer to noon.
4) at 12:30 we contacted the carrier for an update. He indicated that he locked his key in the car and needs to head 4 hours

I can say without hesitation that Buenos Hotshot Transportation is one of the most professional, responsible, and communicative companies that I have EVER had the pleasure working with. They overcame so many challenges in an effort to deliver my boat safely and EXACTLY ON TIME. I was concerned about them being a new shipper with a cancelation, but the owner (Adam), perfectly explained the situation and it was clearly not his fault. Net/Net - It is my ABSOLUTE pleasure to recommend these folks!

I would STRONGLY recommend GONATIONWIDE and its owner/operator Brad. He just delivered a 2020 25 foot boat for me from SC to FL and he did EVERYTHING he said he would do. He is fully insured $2M Liability and 200K cargo and he arrived with in 2 minutes of the time he forecasted. He called when he picked up and updated me numerous times during the trip. Trust me, I am VERY picky, and I did a significant amount of research to include validating his insurance coverage. Net/Net - He's a 10 out of 10

I was a bit apprehensive about someone driving my car vs traditional transport, but I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Top notch communicator, consistent text updates, and my car arrived exactly the time he said it would. I would not hesitate to recommend Allegra to anyone who is looking for something shipped or a vehicle delivered - You will not be disappointed!

Don't be concerned about the limited feedback - Jerry was fantastic!! He is an excellent communicator and he delivered at the EXACT time he committed to.
