Caleb was very responsive to, and proactive with, all communication. He is highly focused on customer satisfaction and acts in a way to back that up. The item was delivered with no damage in an agreed timeframe, and Caleb was very courteous. Slight negative: relatively tight time windows on pickup and delivery once we had notice, but he's scheduling things to make the budget numbers work for the customer as well as himself, which is a tough balancing act. Would definitely book Caleb again.

Nothing but positives to report in the entire experience. All phone contact was polite and professional, Jason was exactly where and when he said he was going to be, and the shipment was in first rate shape. Per our farm manager who met Jason, this was the best uShip experience to date out of about 10 contacts.

Shipment was delivered in good condition and when promised. Communication was excellent, even though it was more challenging than normal and required coordination between several parties. Nothing but good things to say about the experience. No issues. Delivery was promptly completed within the time frame mentioned, although it did occur after dark. That's the only thing I would have changed.

It took a bit longer than expected to get the shipmenet completed, but United kept me well informed the whole way and was very communicative and straightforward. Would defnitley work with them again. Response from Msmelissah: We bid very low to meet the customers request, and almost bid too low. We were able to complete the shipment, but note that this took longer than usual because the rate was too low. Great customer - thanks for the business.

Shipment seems to have arrived in good condition. The driver involved with our shipment (Kyle) picked it up later than planned (evening vs. morning) and insisted that our receiving representative be on site in the middle of the night (somewhere between 12 -3 a.m.) so that he could continue on his planned route. As it turns out, Kyle had truck trouble and didn’t arrive until 6:30 a.m., but the experience left a bad taste. Response from dlamb1980: despite having truck problems i did still deliever by 6.30 a.m. im sorry your not happy but i did my best in this bussiness problems do come up about time issues thats just part of the trucking industrie

David was prompt, pleasant, communicative and professional. Would defintely book future shipments with his firm and recommend him to others. I had asked him to test drive the tractor and mower before loading it; he did so and faithfully passed along all the operating particulars as well. Nothing but positives from this experience. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Eric Brendle was very polite and communicative on the phone. After two successive delays in promised shipment dates he called to inform me that he had been unable to borrow the trailer he needed to deliver the item as promised and had overcommitted himself. Yesterday (2/20) another uShip provider, David Blount, delivered the item in question in combination with another shipment.

My experience with Larry was quite positive. The communication level was through and professional, and the mower arrived in fine shape. The shipment took a few days longer then originally anticipated, but Larry managed my expectations adequately in that regard. I would ship with him again without hesitation. Response from tristar: I quess I don't understand why you didn't give me more stars. I picked up within 3 days as stated in bid & del. 2 days later as stated in bid. Maybe you have me confused with the other guy whose match was cancelled. Anyway everything was as listed, del. was good, quick pay, so it was good fon my end too. Thanks, Larry

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the service provider’s bid on Thursday (10/22/09) and promptly called the number provided, which does not have an outgoing message, only a verification of the number dialed and a provision for leaving a message. The following morning (Friday) I left another message, and then that evening, after more than 24 hours and no response, I sent a follow-up e-mail as well.
On Monday I left more phone messages and sent another e-mail before contacting uShip to ask about my options due to l Response from pete66chevy: i had no idea about this shipment i did not place a bid on this shipment
