It was fine. They were generally timely, but I did feel like I had to bother them a bit to get it to be a priority. I had a car shipped, and they farmed the job out to someone else. I was ultimately very happy with how this very small company out of Cincy treated me--those guys were super prompt and very careful with my car.

Scott was excellent. I loved the fact that the trailer was covered and my motorcycle was completely safe from the elements in transport. Communication was prompt and accurate, and the whole transaction went exactly as it should have. He was BY FAR the best value I found on Uship! I would highly recommend his services!
