A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer misrepresented this shipment from the beginning. After initial contact she said that she is no longer shipping the desk and wanted to add 2 boxes to it. We agreed for a pick up right after the holidays. As we were coordinating our pick ups and deliveries in Texas, she texted us to inform us that she forgot to mention that she would be going on vacation from the 2nd to the 8th (which was within the initial agreed upon pickup window.) We made every effort to accommodate this pickup.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We clearly listed our pickup date range on our posting. When we accepted their bid, they reached out and told us they would pick up within that range. Then they changed the pickup date to a date not listed on our ad, which was a date range we would not be able to be present for pickup.
