The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This provider requested to pick up item on owners closed business day,it was agreed he could, then he did not show up for the scheduled Monday pickup he said he had a flat tire and he did not know when he could pickup! This an Unacceptable excuse for trying to make- a pickup on a business closed date,plus he cannot give another pickup date, I do not wish to continue this transaction with this shipper! Thanks Rich.

Sorry that you decided to cancel the shipment before my week for pickup was even over. Yes I had a flat so yes it pushed my schedule back. Sorry I wasn't able to provide a new pickup day and time off the top of my head before speaking with customers scheduled ahead of you. I informed the business the night before about the change of schedule. You were very impatient as such. I try my best to start and finish every job I book. Accidents happen. You were the only one who cancelled on this trip.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Plus there is no scheduled pickup for today,3rd party shippers should not be allowed on u-ship,also the phone number they have listed is just an answering machine...Now I have to try and reschedule the load; as I wasted 3 days already waiting on a response!.Rich
