motor arrived damaged...was unable to recover damages due to inability to communicate with shipping service even though motor had been insured. Will not use ShipAG again and will opt for smaller volume providers.

Yes item was damaged - we assisted the customer with filing a claim with the carrier - The carrier has paid the claim - on behalf of the carrier we appologise for any damage that was caused to this item while in transit - in this case the straps broke and the item fell off of the pallet - we were not the ones that packaged the item.

Mr. Lewis was great to do business with. Communication from booking to recieving my motor was very good. I recieved the motor in a very timely manner and in the exact condition I bought it in, plus it was delivered for a great price. Would highly recommend this shipping company to anyone.
