A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, the driver we had setup to pick up the items cancelled us in last minute and couldn't meet the customer's deadline of 09/23, and now the shipment is no longer needed. We apologize for the inconveniences that this may have caused.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We started working on the shipment and then unfortunately my driver cancelled do to an emergency with this situation regarding Covid-19, I was able to get another driver but not for the pick date that the client wanted, we preferred cancelling the booking since client wanted his money back.
