The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We are still waiting on the keys to the storage unit that he mailed. Without access, we cannot take the shipment. He never even got a tracking number and this is the reason why we never set a delivery date.

All 3 of the people I dealt with from Management to the driver were the most professional, thorough, polite, friendly, etc., I have ever come across. Definitely very satisfied and hope to use them again.
