The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped There was a scam during the sale of the item between the customer and the seller. The seller was trying to sell to the customer a different item, and after communicating with the customer, we decided not take the item, hence shipping is no longer needed. Very responsive and polite customer, though. Would definitely work again in the future.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The item was still not picked up over a month after the expected pickup date. No response from shipper after last 3 emails requesting an update. I understand difficult weather, but must use another shipper with a truck already near the pickup location.
