Disappointed. Told me it would arrive on a Tuesday. It finally showed up the following Monday. Finally got help from their customer service, but it took a while. Then they tried to charge extra for a lift gate at delivery - there wasn't even one on the trailer and I unloaded it with a forklift.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period On July 8 shipper told me he wanted to pick up on 7/9 or 10, with 7/12 being the latest. I didn't hear from him again - I sent numerous emails, texts, and left voicemails - from July 9 (email) until Monday 7/12 when he said he was in Denver (pickup city) and would "get it picked up and be in route tomorrow" (7/13). I have not heard from him again since (even though I have sent numerous texts and emails and left voicemails. I contacted Copart today and the bike has NOT yet been picked up. I am no
