There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved i booked as a ltl load only, and shipment requires me to help load and unload shipment, which i can not accommodate.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The servive provider made every attempt to transport my load. They were honest, fair, and communicated every issue with me. However, due to their concern over the safety of my load, they asked to decline the shipment.
