If you're a TSP (Provider), Bob & Helen are super shippers, you can't ask for better. They're excellent in communications (Bob & Helen); I was furnished exact addresses, names & phone numbers...flexibilty on pick-up & drop-offs. Rolf not only did everything he said he was going to do, but he also went above and beyond our expectations and never asked for a penny more. Communication and professionalism was excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone. The only drawback: I was never able to meet him in person to shake his hand for a job well done. Thanks Again Rolf--Bob and Helen.
