we had some truck problems and she did know about it she went on uship say complication was HORRIBLE i have 50 email to her telling her whats going on at the end she wanted to negotiate the booking price we ended up giving her 680.00 OFF USHIP Booking Price and she still gave us a Negative was VERY Nice on the phone but Guess NOT i wold like to talk to her and tray to work it out but she wont answer the phone after she gave me a NEGATIVE we ended up loosing Money do to i have my word!

Tried to give benefit of the doubt w/equipment problem. Many emails but were generated by me trying to figure out when he would pick up boat. He continued not to do as he said. Kept telling me in a couple of days ...again and again. Too late in shipping season to find another shipper. We tried that too. Of course I was nice. He was picking up our boat then transporting. Didn't want damage or a problem. Too much money at stake to be nasty. No benefit. I have used Uship & no trouble til this guy.

Mike was fabulous to deal with. He accommodated work schedule for an evening drop off....drove through terrible conditions and delivered our bike without even a mark. Super easy transaction and confidence. Would definitely use again should we have a shipment that he can accommodate.

Tim was terrific! This was one of my best U Ship experiences and I have had many. He communicated before bidding, after booking, at pickup, during transport and at delivery. Was very accommodating of everyone's schedules. Pleasant. Professional. Articulate. Took pride in his work, his appearance and even made sure item shipped was cleaned up after he removed it from the truck! A-1. Top Notch!

Shipper was excellent from start to finish. Great communication. Good follow through and good patience. Loading in Fargo in siingle digit wather and still took there time to do a good job & fit it all...then held shipment becuase of access to new home. Had small damage & they were very wonderful in taking care of it. Would definatley use again. Recommend to anyone needing ANYTHING moved. Very nice folks. Very honest & hard working. These are the type of people we all hope to do business with

Chose shipper for speed in p/u, performace then price. Communication HORRIBLE. Truck broke down. OK. Did not notify. I had to keep calling. Agreed to negotiate price but didn't mention fees for permits then tried to get out of price reduction. Had to FIGHT. Still had to pay permit fees. Held hostage. Never had a shipper ADD fees for permits. that was always included in bid. His contract indicated "additional permits" so 1 thought that it meant something unforseen. No....charged xtra 400 in fees.

NO NO NO my truck broke down and i have 50 email back and forth from you so you did know what was going on i gave you 680.00 OFF the Booking price on uship do to me picking up the boat late My Bid was for $3600.00 for a 11'6" wide Boat from MO to NC you paid $2750.00 no one will ever do this boat for that price you know i lost Money on this deal but i gave you my word i wold pick it up being nice to shippers always gets me in A Negative cant be nice to NO ONE I SEE!!!! i will contact uship!
