The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After getting additional information from the customer we are not able to complete this move

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This provider did not ask the appropriate questions before accepting my job and then cancelled stating they didn’t have enough information to have even given me a quote. The items were supposed to be retrieved from my parents home today so they brought almost everything out of the basement themselves to aid in pick up. Everything is now sitting outside with no one to pick up. This was very poorly handled and unprofessional.
