I requested the driver to wear/put on a COVID mask and he refused. Even after I explained myself and my wife had health issues. His response "I DONT BELIEVE IN MASKS".

You asked me to wear a mask and I simply said I do not wear them outdoors, not "I don't believe in masks". Confused why you're embellishing what was actually said. We were outdoors at all times. I never came within 10' of you & your wife was at least 100' away sitting on your deck. Me not wearing a mask outside had exactly zero impact on the delivery of your boat. I provided excellent service in the transportation of your property and received a 1-star rating for my troubles. You are a scumbag.
