The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Schedule Wednesday and today is Friday. No show. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally started ringing to a rep and they hung up when they answered. Called back and was on hold for another 20 minutes until I decided it was a waster of time. Rebooked on FedEx priority. Uship should cancel Central Transport as a carrier. This is not the first incident I have had with them. Their customer service is horrible.
