We selected the option to be paid before pickup which was an option via uship.com The shipper did not give enough time to resolve this matter which was being worked on. The shipper agreed to our terms and policies. When contacted he was rude and demanding about how he had already sent through uship. As I understand when someone accepts our bid that person agrees to our terms and conditions which is being paid before pickup due to location which is stated in our payment terms.

Will & his team were amazing! He was honest & hard working. He was crazy quick getting the items to delivery. He stayed true to his time frame for pick-up & delivery. I enjoyed being able to track his location on his Uship profile. He was very friendly & professional. I would defiantly use him again! Thanks Will for your hard work!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I accepted a bid & paid through Uship. Now the mover is upset & wantes me to wire them the money, because they say Uship is to slow to pay. I don't have a good feeling about this & would like out of my bid acceptance with this mover. Thank you - Andrew
