The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did not have any available trucks for the pickup tonight, and we had to seek other alternatives to get the shipment moved.
Response from MSMARY:
The shipper accepted our bid at 10.00am this morning we had not promised him anything and he wanted his load to be picked up right away. I also had to give him yes or no answers before 12pm today. He doesn't want to wait until tomorrow for us to pick up this load. If he needed this load so bad he would have accepted our bid on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or first thing in the morning. I don't like this cancellation because they only put negative info on our feedback score.
