Tom is excellent in all respects. Communicated well throughout bidding to delivery. Arrived promptly despite train derailment getting to us (I think he had to take 3 subways, a bus and a train) and still got to the train station where we met him with the car. Delivered car on time to North Carolina. Tom was polite, respectful and someone we knew we could rely completely. We would use him again 100% of the time. Perfect performance. Thanks Tom!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Pick up scheduled on June 20 not made. Daily phone calls and emails unanswered. Just dropped out of sight and communication.

You need flexible schedule. A $150 deposit was made, but it took about week to get a "tentative" p/u date. Had to accomodate p/u date changes, we asked what his stops were and worked around them. He worked with us, and us with him. Delivery same issues. Would not ship fine furniture or delicate items as club chairs we wrapped arrived with minor dirt (he offered to pay for cleaning). He makes many stops and does communicate well by phone once he is on the road.

yes when you say flexible you need to be flexible, and yes it took a week to put together the trip, and, as far as the furniture, well, we were going to pad wrap and shrink wrap items, and we were told not to, and where it got dirty is where they had no wrapping on the piece, we were just doing what the customer wanted, and I have been shipping fine furniture for almost ten years, and this is the first complaint i have had, and dont understand why when we were doing what the customer, wanted

Great to deal with. Everything delivered on time. Great communication throughout. Would give Steve an A++++ for all and would use him again for my most valuable pieces. He is right about my husband Jim, he is a hard worker.
