A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider made all attempts to pick up this item, but due to weather and the inflexibility of the people at the pick up address, they have been unable to pick the piece up. We can not resolve this with the people at the pick up address, as they have been very difficult to deal with, so the shipment needs to be cancelled.
