The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The dimensions the customer listed were significantly smaller than actual. I drove to the item and it was at least 4 times the size as described. I communicated this to the customer and customer agrees to cancel the booking.

First, very sorry to have not left feedback. Was a technical issue I believe. Anyway, Janet was so Super to work with on this shipment. She booked this shipment very quickly allowing me the opportunity to make some extra change on my existing trip. I can't wait to work with Janet again...very nice, and accommodating person!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved When the details of the shipment were entered and saved and listing was posted the measurements on the listing were altered compared to what had been entered originally. This appear to have been a technical glitch with the software. This caused a miscommunication wiht the shipper.
