The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer misrepresented the shipment wieght, he listed the wieght at 1814kgs when actual wieght was 2900kgs then wanted to pay extra, I told him I'd be way over wieght as I had other shipments on my trailer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We try to accommodate every customers needs especially during the covid pandemic, adjustments to our procedures and operating schedule were implemented to protect the safety of our drivers and customers. Customer was making aggressive demands and due to safety concerns we were unable to accommodate shipping for his vehicle.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We called you multiple times to arrange the pickup for the dates you specified, You have no moral seance of doing business you are unavailable on the dates you requested, i made multiple call but you are unable to pick up a phone. You are not worthy to do business with your company. The review with other people revealed the same attitude.
