The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped In fact, I did not pick up the shipment on time because I had a problem with my driver, but the customer wrote that I can pick up on Wednesday and that I want to do. We also had contact via e-mail all the time. Of course, if the customer does not want me to receive his package, I will refund the money immediately.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The items were meant to be collected on 6.6.18 but were not. The shipper has not contacted to rearrange a collection since then. Communication has been sparse at best, and now that I see they are newly registered on UShip, this seems like a scam. Unfortunately I am already out of the balance (Euro 150) as having been in email communication I was told that the courier would be with the items at lunchtime 6th, and that I needed to pay the balance if my items were to be unloaded.
