2 days late for pick up, 10 days late for delivery, cant prove where 4 bikes are stored without my permission, asks for payment before due, very bad communication, will not use again, and all this is a fact, no matter what excuses will be made. Response from GraberExpress: That's what happens when you notate that it can be picked up and delivered WHENEVER, and that both locations are RESIDENCES. YOU allowed me to pickup on Saturday knowing the business isn't open next day. You failed to inform me of delivery hours. So when I went to deliver your bikes on Sunday I found out it was a business.(Time wasted) Also, I stored your bikes for free for a week until I was able to plan a return trip that was centered around your bikes. Which were also delivered on my dime.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Talked to driver and was OK with his short time frame to pick up, and gave all contact info for pick up and drop off.
Called and said he would not be able to drop off before 5:30, I arranged staff to stay longer to accomodate his request.
Bike was not picked up, and driver did no care to inform me, the seller or the businnes address owner waiting for him to drop off, waisting a lot of peoples time.
Called today and the driver called me an and said the he now thinks the listing is misr Response from rdy2roc: Customer misrepresented the listing. After accepting our quote customer sends us an email telling us the bike was being picked up at a business which was listed as a residential home. Then also states that the delivery is a port which closed at 4:30pm that same day. I explained to the customer prior to him accepting our quote I was 5 hrs from the pickup location. This was at 1pm. I explained that I could not wait or deliver the next day. I canceled this shipment as it was clearly misrepresented

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Moped was supposed to be picked up Oct 5th, nothing has happened, and seller at pick up point has heard nothing. Transporter is ignoring text messages and emails. Very unhappy with this, as I am loosing my slot in a container,
