Did not keep in touch, had to call to find out not coming Friday as planned. Then Sat had to call twice to get ETA. Then big dog they had knocked me down.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was booked on 3/7. No response from shipper after numeous emails, phone calls and texts, till today after I contacted Uship. This was was supposed to be delivered to me by the 30th. No excuse not to be in contact for 20 days. Will not use again. Will book another shipper.
