The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jordon did not respond to texts, e-mails, and phone calls for over a week after the date he promised to pick up by. Others who apparently were on the same trip also cancelled. Terrible experience and possibly fraudulent carrier. Beware!

John is very nice but his communication on this load was lacking. He was 3 days late in picking up and 6 days late in delivering with very little communication explaining during the time of the delays. Luckily my customer was flexible and it ended up being OK this time, but most of my customers would not have accepted such delays and would have canceled the order. Overall once he picked up the order, everything went very smoothly: it arrived in good shape and my customer is happy.

Again we WORK 4 load boards uship is a fill in FOR our regular business. We added this IN our very busy and tight schedule. This is a 150.00 delivery which is NOT A PRIORITY . SORRY IF YOU WERE MISINFORMED on pick up and delivery dates. THEY received emails nightly FROM US on updates on scheduling of pick up. .
