The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I bid a "driveaway" service for a 2004 chevy impala which was excepted by Orlando. It was boldly stated driveaway service only on 10/19/12. I called multiple times to confirm details with Orlando, in which on 3 seperste phone conversations he told me he would need to call me back with answers and he DID NOT! I drove 3 hours one way to pick up his car. The car was stated to have damage but driveable, car WAS NOT DRIVEABLE "the front clip of car was pushed into the motor" radiator and all was not

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time shipper had issues with one of his trucks and I am still waiting to get car pick up a week later and I cannot afford to pay storage fees that almost cost more than the price of the car.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Spoke with the transporter on tuesday I told him it was damaged in the front right side. Transporter called me on yesterday told me he went and looked at car and the radiator was pushed back some and he did not want to take a chance on driving the car even though the radiator was complete and not broken. The car was driven in the state it is in so the transporter should of let me make the decision if I wanted him not to drive the car.3 hrs 1 way he told me he was headed this way with a loaded tk
